The continuous jelly cooking system for all types of jellies and marshmallows based on gelatin, pectin, agar-agar, gum Arabic, modified and high amylase starch. The cooker has been developed for the production of jellies. It is a bundle tube heat exchanger which provides a maximum heating exchange surface in a relative small volume. Together with the big vacuum chamber, the cooker is suspended in a hygienic tubular frame.
● The cooker's capacity can be from 500~1000kgs/h;
● A pneumatically controlled valve keep the pressure the pressure in the system on a constant level;
● Automatic PLC temperature control;
● Pneumatically controlled 3- way –valve with return pipe to the slurry tank.
All components of the cooker are electrically synchronized and PLC controlled. First- in and First -out working mode and determined guidance of the turbulently streaming product ensure the best heating transfer and the product being exposed to the lowest thermal strain.
