Main working process：
1. The gum base is melted in the gum base melter and premixed with the softener in the premixer.
2. The raw materials are fully mixed in the high shear mixer and degassed in the vacuum kneader.
3. The uniform mixture is extruded into continuous strips or directly molded by a twin-screw extruder.
4. The extrudate is precisely molded into sheets, pillows or 3D shapes by a multi-stage molding machine.
5. The product solidifies in a vibrating cooling tunnel (or cryogenic freezer for granulated gum).
6. The finished gum is coated and polished in a roller coater before being portioned and packaged.

What Equipment does the Chewing Gum Production Line?
Gum base melter (gum base oven): precisely heats the gum base to the optimal viscosity (usually 80–95°C) for smooth processing.
✦ Pre-mixer: mixes the gum base with softeners (e.g. glycerin) before final mixing.
✦ High shear mixer: ensures uniform distribution of ingredients (sweeteners, flavors, colors).

The shape of chewing gum is mainly achieved through interchangeable molding dies (quick release system), precision temperature-controlled extrusion, multi-stage molding presses, and computer-guided cutting systems. For example, star-shaped chewing gum is produced using magnetic quick-change modules and star-shaped cavities of different sizes.

2. If the heating element fails or the temperature control system fails, it may be due to internal mechanical damage
Please check the heating element and temperature control sensor and replace if necessary
3. If the chewing gum sticks to the mold surface, it may be due to insufficient use of release agent
