Structure and principle of candy stamping machine

Candy stamping machine is a kind of candy production line.

Main components: sugar feeding wheel, sugar sticks, sugar shovel, sugar hopper, sugar unloading shovel, sugar unloading hopper, rotary head, sugar cutting wheel. Stamping forming is the main way of hard candy forming machine. It was formed by the discontinuous single-punch machine at the earliest, and only one grain of sugar could be processed at a time, so the production efficiency was very low. Continuous rotary stamping machines are mostly used, which can punch out more candies at the same time, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.

Working principle: The cooled and evened sugar bars enter the candy production line molding machine, and the sugar feeding wheel feeds the sugar bars into the rotary head under the action of friction, and is drawn into the outer edge of the forming groove, and squeezed by the sugar cutting wheel. Pressing, the candy bar is squeezed into the forming groove and broken into candy pieces. At the same time, the sugar punching rod moves forward under the push of the cam, pushing the candy into the forming hole, and is shoveled down by the shovel into the sugar unloading hopper. How the Marshmallow Line Works?
1) In the pre-mixer, all the ingredients to be dissolved and cooked. (An automatic YINRICH ‘s AWS can be used for auto weighing and mixing.).
2) Then the basic slurry is continuously pumped to a cooker till the final moisture level is reached.
3) After cooking, the slurry will be cooled.
4) Then the cooled “marshmallow base” is passed through the continuous aerator.
