糖溶液連續送入裝置，該裝置由管式加熱器、蒸汽分離室、真空供應系統、排料泵等組成。物料自下而上加熱，然後進入閃蒸室，最大限度地蒸發糖漿中的水分。整個過程由PLC控制器控制。
