The boiling point of a substance increases with increasing pressure, and the lower the pressure, the lower the boiling point. In this way, the high-pressure and high-temperature fluid can be decompressed to lower its boiling point and enter the flash chamber cooker(FCC). At this time, the fluid temperature is higher than the boiling point under this pressure. The fluid rapidly boils and vaporizes in the flash chamber cooker(FCC), and separates the two phases.

The sugar solution is fed continuously into the unit ,which consists of pipe- type heater, vapor separate chamber, vacuum supply system, discharge pump, and etc.. The mass is cooked from the bottom to the top ,then enter into the flash chamber to maximum evaporate the water in the syrup .The whole process is via a PLC controller.
