Weighing system Highlight :YINRICH’s AWS COOLMIX offers automatic weighing , mixing and feeding of raw materials with inline transportation to one or more cooking units, without heating or pre-dissolving.

●Control system: The whole process is under an automatic version with PLC control system, and the touch-screen operating A sophisticated control system integrated the weighing cycles in recipe handling directly coupled to process parameters.
After weighed , the materials are blended and mixed in the mixing vessel . Once the total ingredients are fed into the vessel, after the mixing, no need to be heated. The batch mass is pumped by feed pump through a special heating exchanger and heated upto a required temperature at an adjustable counterpressure (which is called pressure dissolving).In this process ,the batch is heated up without evaporation and completely dissolved. Then it will goes to a flash-off chamber.

●Sugar crystals are dissolved at an adjustable counterpressure by means of a self-developed pressure-holding valve. In the unit, the batch is heated up without evaporation ,but completely dissolved, and comes out a 70~90% syrup.
●Dissolving, no cooking. The whole dissolving process is short, the syrup will be no burnt-out under a relative low temperature. The syrup is clear and transparent .That is the core of making final good quality products.
●Energy saving upto 40% in the dissolving process under RDS system.
●Continuous production. All requirements for depositing /die-forming can be met.
The plant is comprises of cooker, flash-off chamber, feeding pump, discharge pup, vacuum system, and automatic steam control system. All the cooking parameters are controlled via a PLC controller. The mass are transported via the loading and unloading pumps controlled by frequency inverters.

E.Stainless steel cooling belt system (SCB800)
Highlight:The cooling belt is a continuous cooling/tempering unit equipped with stainless steel belt built into a stainless steel frame in sections of 2.5 or 5 meters.
The cooling conveyors can be supplied in different lengths and/or widths to meet various capacities.
Each section is equipped with a water tempering system allowing the adjustment of various temperatures throughout the conveyor. This provides the possibility to gradually and smoothly cool down/temper the cooked mass to its ideal plasticity for subsequent forming in the die forming machine. Ploughs and water cooled egalising rolers take care of the kneading action in the belt. Release agent is continuously applied to stop the mass sticking to the belt.
