Hard candy depositing line for double –layered candies
YINRICH’s series kitchen equipment can cover most boiling purposes from the automatic weighing to the cooling before the syrup to the forming plants. TG series fully automatic die-formed hard candy ,soft candy production line is adopted with the modern technology of YINRICH® to produce the high capacity and high quality hard candies or soft candies. It is a continuous line which can reach the output from the output from 500 kgs/h to 2400kgs/.■ Produce the high vacuum sugar and sugar –free candy(water content below 1.5%);■ Maximum prevent the syrup during the cooking;■ High milk based hard boiled candy is available to be made;■ Continuous cooking to obtain a high-quality syrup mass;■ In-line mixing for the acids, flavor, and color;■ Equipped with an auto CIP cleaning system(optional)
Extruded Marshmallow LineThe mass is aerated by YINRICH’s aerator, then is divided into multi streams. Flavor and color will be injected in each stream. Then you can produce attractive various kind of products with YINRICH’s special extruder, like single color, combined colors, 4 color twisted , and even center-filled extruded product.Deposited Marshmallow LineThe aerated syrup can be injected and mixed with color and flavor ,then goes to a special designed depositing manifold for making deposited products. YINRICH also provides a compact preparation unit for center-filled articles . The jelly is cooked and then mixed with color, flavor, and acid. It can be totally encapsulated inside of the marshmallow to make a jelly center-filled deposited marshmallow.
JXJ series is designed for depositing jelly, toffee, chocolate ,fruit jam on the top of biscuits, cookies.
The sugar solution is fed continuously into BM cooking section ,which consists of pre-heater, film cookers , vacuum supply system, feeding pump, discharging pump and etc.. All the cooking conditions are controlled via a PLC controller. All the mass are transported via the loading and unloading pumps controlled by a frequency inverter.
