GDT600 Toffee Soft Candy depositing line-Yinrich machinery

approx. 500kgs/h (based on 6g mono toffee) with the depositing 20 cavities per mould, 2 banks machine,the depositing speed 35 strokes/min, the output : 6g x 20cavities x 2moulds x 35 strokes/min x60min=504kgs/h

For approx. 20cavitiesx 2banks x 35 strokes/min=1400 pcs of candies per minute. corresponding to approx:500 kg/h based on Mono product of approx. 6 gram; striped(starlight), central-filled candy also possible.

1) PLC /computer process control available;

4) The whole plant is made of hygienic stainless steel;

5) Mass flowing controlled by Frequency inverters ;

6) In-line injection, dosing and pre-mixing techniques for the   proportional addition of liquid(flavor, color, and acid) ;

7) One set of extra chocolate paste injection system(optional) for making chocolate-central candies;

8) Use  AUTOMATIC STEAM CONTROL SYSTEM instead of manual steam valve which controls a stable steam supply to the cooker;

9) “two-color striped”, “central filling”, “clear” hard candies and etc. can be made.

10) Moulds can be made according to the candies samples provided by the customer.
