Introduction Of Gummy Candy Production Line

This gummy candy production line can produce gelatin or pectin-based jelly candy(the gummy candy), and also can produce 3D jelly candies. The depositor also can be used to produce the deposited toffees via change-over of the moulds.

The whole gummy production line consists of a batch-wise jelly cooking system, FCA(flavour, colour, and acid) dosing and mixing system, multi-purpose candy depositor, cooling tunnel, sugar coating machine, or oil coating machine. For the gummy candy line, we not only have the batch-wise jelly candy line but also have the continuous jelly candy production line. The production capacity is from a small capacity of 50kg per hour to 1000kg per hour with different model lines.

We can meet different customer’s requirements. For jelly candy packing, we can supply pillow-type automatic feeding packing and also have semi-automatic pillow-type packing, it’s also based on the gummy candy that the customer made. The whole plant can produce good quality and large capacity products with the saving of both the main power and the space occupied.

Processing Layout Of Gummy Candy Production Line

Processing: Put water, sugar, glucose ect. raw material into the dissolving tank,then put the gelatin/pectin, pumped all the syrup to the mixing tank to mix all the material in a high speed,then pump through the color flavor and acid to the jelly candy depositor ,depositing on the candy moulds, after demoulding go to the cooling section, after come out the candy, it can direct connect to packing machine to put in the storage drying room.

Main Equipment Of Gummy Candy Production Line And It's Function

A:Batch-wise jelly cooking System

YINRICH's BJC300 batch wise jelly mass cooking system offers a feeding, cooking and mixing of raw materials for all types of continuous jelly candy production. Our professional gummy production line is made of full stainless steel SUS304, design and construction of the cooking and mixing for preparing all types of jelly mass, such as pectin, galantine, agar-agar, starch, gum Arabic, etc. The gummy process lines are compact and modular in construction and feature central connections for services(steam, air, water, electricity) resulting in a short start-up time.

B:Flavor, color, acid dosing and mixing system(FCA300)

Yinrich gummy candy production line with an accurate metering system with plunger-type pump driven by a common variable speed unit for the injection of the liquid additives (flavour, colour, and acid) The additives are thoroughly mixed into the cooked mass by jacket stainless inline static mixer; In FCA system, it ensures that the end product will always be of a consistent and high quality, which is compact design and fully automatic operation.

C:Depositing and cooling section

Underband Servo-drive designed depositer : All drive components are mounted on the machine (underhand) rather than on the depositing head. Our gummy candy production line with a unique design is compact and simple, which can reduce the movement inertia and weight of the depositing head, thus it can achieve higher the depositor's running speed to maximise output capacity. The gummy process lines are hydraulic free, thus avoiding the risk of oil leakage onto the products; simple maintenance requirement; three-axis servo control ensures complete control over the depositing process.

D:Jelly Candy mould

Special Alloy made, Teflon Coated enough thickness, with Ejector Mechanism, with Locknuts Alloy-aluminum made surface coated with Teflon

E: Sugar coating machine/oil coating machine (optional)

Rotary candy coating machine, its main features is that it can coat candy within sugar powder on its surface continuously. And through rotation, the sugar on the surface of candy products can be distributed uniformly. There is also a sugar recycling unit together with the machine. It operates in conjunction with a pre-steaming machine BCJ600 to coat the products with a wide range of crystal sugar. Both units come in a stainless steel design.

YINRICH’s GDQ series are specially designed for making non- starch deposited jelly candies, capacity from 70kgs/h up to 500kgs/h. The HMI touch panels for easy operating; Dosing pumps for the automatic injection of colors, flavors and acids; Two-color striped , two color double layered, central filling, and plain jelly candy can be made on this line. The servo-driven depositing is controlled by PLC program.
