EM50 Series Automatic Extruded Marshmallow Production Line Feature
EM50 marshmallow extruded line is our smallest capacity line,capacity at 50-100kh per hour.Extruded shapes: 4coulor twist, two color twist,cylinder one color, cylinder 2or 4 color,heart shape,etc.Extruded shapes can change with nozzles according with customer request.
Feature
1) In a premixer, dissolve and cook all ingredients.
2) Pump the base slurry continuously into the digester until the final moisture level is reached. Allow the slurry to cool.
3) Pass the cooled "marshmallow base" through a continuous aerator. The product is divided and injected into different colors and flavors.
4) Multi-color products are extruded and transported to the cooling conveyor for cooling.
