The sugar solution is fed continuously into BM cooking section ,which consists of pre-heater, film cookers , vacuum supply system, feeding pump, discharging pump and etc.. All the cooking conditions are controlled via a PLC controller. All the mass are transported via the loading and unloading pumps controlled by a frequency inverter.
The new generation Rapid Dissolving System（RDS）series is extremely flexible, and can be used for a broad range of applications. The whole process is PLC controlled . After weighed , the materials are blended and mixed in the mixing vessel . Once the total ingredients are fed into the vessel, after the mixing, the batch is pumped by feed pump through a special heating exchanger and heated upto a required temperature at an adjustable counter-pressure .In this process ,the batch is heated up without evaporation and completely dissolved. Then it goes to an evaporator.
