YINRICH GDT Series Toffee Depositing Machine - 300kgs/h Capacity
YINRICH’s GDT series are developed for making deposited toffees, capacity from 70kgs/h up to 600kgs/h. The HMI touch panels for easy operating; Dosing pumps for the automatic injection of colors, flavors ; Two-color striped , two color double layered, central filling, pure toffees can be made on this line. The servo-driven depositing is controlled by PLC program.

Made of hygienic Stainless Steel SUS304, this toffee producing machine features optional mass flowing controlled by Frequency inverters and in-line injection, dosing, and pre-mixing techniques for precise ingredient addition. The machine also includes dosing pumps for automatic injection of colors, flavors, and acids, along with an extra chocolate paste injection system for creating chocolate-central candies. Custom molds can be made based on customer-provided candy samples, allowing for the production of various candy types including two-color stripe depositing and double-layered depositing.
