lollipop die-forming line is a complete plant for making different kinds of die-formed lollipop candies. It uses the electrical heating cooker, and does not need a steam boiler. It is suitable for the initial investment.

The line is composed of warm-keeping batch roller/linear machine, lollipop forming machine, transporting belt and cooling conveyor.

The forming dies for the lollipops are in a clamping style, and it is equipped with automatic stick insertion. The lollipops are transported to the cooling conveyor via a vibrate distributor in which the lollipop can be least de-formed, and can keep the smooth of the surface. The one production line can install 2 sets of BBJ-II Ball –type lollipop wrapping machine.
