Hollow Bubble Gum Production Line - Efficient Chewing Gum Manufacturing

Hollow type bubble gum line is an ideal solution for the requirements to produce bubble gum in various kinds of shapes, such as ball type, ellipse, water melon, dinosaur egg, flagon, and so on. With pleasant shape and reliable performance, the plant is easy to be operated and maintained.

This Hollow type bubble gum production line is used to produce spherical and other spherical chewing gums, such as lemon-shaped and strawberry-shaped chewing gums. The production line can produce hollow-shaped chewing gums with or without fillings. The extruder conveys the paste to a suitable conveyor belt, makes it into a rope shape, and then cuts it into a suitable length and shapes it according to the shape of the forming cylinder.

The spherical bubble gum production equipment mainly consists of a mixer, an extruder, a ball forming machine, a cooling tunnel, a coating pan, a packaging machine, etc. Among them, the ball forming machine adopts three-roll forming technology, which is suitable for bubble gums of different shapes.

What types of gum can be made using a gum making machine?

Chocolate gum – This is a brand of gum that is coated with sugar and is usually sugar-free but has a cooling taste.

Powdered gum – Refers to a type of gum that is compressed into a unique shape from a free-flowing powder.

Medicated gum – Adds medicinal substances to help consumers manage or treat specific conditions when chewed.

Ball gum – This is in the shape of a ball, usually with a coating, and is common in vending machines.

Tube gum – Also known as spaghetti gum, it is usually soft and can be squeezed out of a tube.

Engineers are able to provide overseas installation, testing and training. Factory layout design, assembly, installation and commissioning, startup and local team training are all free of charge.

The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be FREE at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging ,and US$120.-/day/person for the pocket money to our technicians. The testing people will be two persons, and will cost 15 days.

WARRANTY:

The buyer guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery, the buyer will replace the parts or send the technicians to go to the buyer’s site for repairing and maintenance at the seller’s cost(FREE). If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.

The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, water, steam and compressed air supplies which are suitable to be connected to our machinery before the arrival of our machinery.
