The processing line is a compact unit which can continuously produce various kinds of hard candies.
It also can produce two/three-color striped depositing, two/three Color double layers depositing ,Central filling, clear hard candies ,butter scotch ,and etc..
Product features
The hard candy depositor line for clear candy features PLC/programmable process control for vacuum cooking, feeding, and depositing. It also includes an LED touch panel for easy operation and optional flowing control with Frequency inverters. The in-line injection, dosing, and pre-mixing techniques allow for proportional addition of liquid (milk), while dosing pumps can automatically inject colors, flavors, and acids. Additionally, an optional chocolate paste injection system is available for creating chocolate-filled candies.
