The processing line is a compact unit which can continuously produce various kinds of hard candies under a strict sanitary condition. It is also an ideal equipment which can produce out good quality products with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied.
1.FEATURES:
placement of the sticks. It allows the complete control over the whole process, with the highest level of functionality.
1. The Synchronization between stick holding system(SHS®) and mould transportation chain ensures repeatable and highly accurate placement of sticks into the lollipop moulds;
2. It can keep the sticks straight after the placing, and running a distance for better cooling down of the lollipop, then SHS® releases the stick. Thus it make the sticks straight, to avoid the sticks fall down;
3. It can maximally place the sticks into the center of the cavities of the mould;
4. The unique design can achieve higher the running speed to maximise output capacity;
