The chocolate slurry is automatically fed through the feeding pump in the chocolate tank, and the chocolate slurry is poured on the rollers. Under the condition of chilling (minus 28-30C), the lentil rollers makes liquid chocolate instantly become solid chocolate, which is further formed by transporting in the cooling tunnel of 5-8C. After being formed , the chocolate lentil enters the drum to remove the brim and discharged automatically.
