TG series fully automatic die-formed hard candy ,soft candy production line is adopted with the modern technology of YINRICH® to produce the high capacity and high quality hard candies or soft candies. It is a continuous line which can reach the output from the output from 500 kgs/h to 2400kgs/.
■ Produce the high vacuum sugar and sugar –free candy(water content below 1.5%);
■ Maximum prevent the syrup during the cooking;
■ High milk based hard boiled candy is available to be made;
■ Continuous cooking to obtain a high-quality syrup mass;
■ In-line mixing for the acids, flavor, and color;
■ Equipped with an auto CIP cleaning system(optional)
