The processing line is a compact unit which can continuously produce various kinds of deposited lollipop ,also can produce hard candies on the same line via only changing the moulds . It can produce two-color striped depositing, two Color double layers depositing ,Central filling, one color lollipops, candies ,butter scotch ,and etc..
Product features
The lollipop maker machine features a PLC/programmable process control for vacuum cooking, feeding, and depositing, along with an LED touch panel for easy operation. Optional mass flowing control is available through Frequency inverters, while in-line injection, dosing, and pre-mixing techniques allow for proportional liquid (milk) addition. The machine also offers dosing pumps for automatic injection of colors, flavors, and acids, along with the option for an extra chocolate paste injection system for creating chocolate-filled candies.
