It can produce single color, double color, and center-filled jellies. It also can produce different shape of the products via change –over the moulds. YINRICH’s QJ series chocolate moulding line is provided with an image ecognition and detection of dirty mould, the dirty mould removal,empty mould supplement, mould heating, chocolate depositing, vibrating, cooling tunnel, and finished product output. In order to make full use of the inner width of the cooling tunnel, the cooling tunnel is designed to a elevating type. Tunnel’s effective cooling length of 10 meters, 18 moulds layer, each layer rise period of 10 pcs, descending of 10pcs, ensure chocolate cooling time. The cooling air duct of the cooling tunnel is divided into four cooling zones, independent regulation of the air quantity and wind speed, it also can adjust the volume of cooling water, to control in different zones of different temperature. The axial flow fan to change the cold air through the baffle to reach the various parts of the machine.The mould are gap movement on the chain conveyor, orientated depositing.PU conveyor is adjustable, and easy to clean under；Chocolate moulds are transported with 1 inch chain delivery, installation of a chain synchronization device to ensure the smooth running of the template.
JXJ series is designed for depositing jelly, toffee, chocolate ,fruit jam on the top of biscuits, cookies.
The sugar solution is fed continuously into BM cooking section ,which consists of pre-heater, film cookers , vacuum supply system, feeding pump, discharging pump and etc.. All the cooking conditions are controlled via a PLC controller. All the mass are transported via the loading and unloading pumps controlled by a frequency inverter.
YINRICH ‘s KD-300 line consists of extruder, cooling tunnel, and automatic cutting & wrapping machine. .It is an ideal solution for the requirements to produce two color chewy candy or bubble gum in different shapes ,such as square, ellipse, and etc.
