マカロン充填・蓋付け機

YINRICH社のJXJシリーズマカロン充填・キャッピングマシンは、単体機として、または連続オーブンの出口コンベアに接続して使用できます。ケーキは、出口コンベアから手動または自動で機械の入口（またはビスケットマガジンフィーダーとインデックスシステム経由）に搬送されます。その後、工業用ビジョンによってクッキーが選別され、整列、集積、同期され、正確な量のフィリングが充填され、最後に製品の上部がキャッピングされます。完成したマカロンは、自動的に冷凍トンネルと包装機に搬送され、さらに加工されます。
