De GDL-serie van YINRICH is ontwikkeld voor de productie van lolly's met een vulling, met een capaciteit van 120 kg/u tot 500 kg/u. De HMI-touchscreens zorgen voor een eenvoudige bediening; doseerpompen voor de automatische injectie van kleur-, smaak- en zuurstoffen; op deze lijn kunnen lolly's met tweekleurige strepen, tweekleurige dubbellaagse lolly's, lolly's met een centrale vulling en transparante lolly's worden geproduceerd. De servogestuurde vulling wordt aangestuurd door een PLC-programma. Een automatisch systeem voor het inbrengen van de stokjes is beschikbaar.

YINRICH's GDQ series deposit jelly candy machine is specially designed for making non- starch deposited jelly candies, capacity from 70kgs/h up to 500kgs/h. The gummy depositor with HMI touch panels for easy operating; Dosing pumps for the automatic injection of colors, flavours and acids; Two-color striped, two color double layered, central filling, and plain jelly candy can be made on these gummy production lines. The servo-driven depositing is controlled by the PLC program.
